



I first saw them on Colossal, but there are more on Dave Gorum's Tumblr. Plus, there is an endless stream of cute puppy pics, so I definitely recommend giving it a follow.
These shots are for a few weeks back, but here's what I caught today near my apartment:
Yep, that's right. Huge slabs of ice just hanging out on the beach. I can't wait until this water is warm enough to swim in again.
Either way, ice or no ice, it's still a gorgeous view along the lakeshore. This is my favorite part of living in Chicago:
Whoa, these are awesome. It's super cold here in VA, too! I can't believe it's almost April and it's still in the 30s! Stay warm!!! :)
