Saturday Real Estate Stalking: An Artist's Getaway
I can't believe I still haven't shared this space with you. This is my absolute dream home. It's the place I fantasize about being forever. I found these interior photos a little while back, I think before I started this blog, but the following image has been my desktop background for months. As I'm sure you can easily tell through my other interior design and architecture posts I love rustic style like exposed brick and wood beams paired with modern elements. This dwelling does more rustic, less modern and it couldn't be more perfect. Via Kikette Interiors.
I labeled it an artist's getaway because that's what I see in these pictures. The perfect place to escape and enjoy life and create.

LOVE it, and can see why it's been your wallpaper. thanks for giving me a tour. the light in that last shot is wonderful and i really can imagine sitting at the table outside with my feet curled up on the bench!
ReplyDeleteThis is so incredibly beautiful. I stole the image of the chandelier from the Chateau, in another post, for my phones background. I think I might have to do that again. Our taste matches up usually, this is no different. Surprisingly, I normally vomit at the sight for wood. My home has faux wood paneling....EVERYWHERE... in addition to wood accessories all over the place. I love wood. But things are good in moderation. Everywhere I turn is wood. It is like planet of the apes, but WOOD. This place is delightful and I did not vomit!
