Today's outfit post is featuring another dress handpicked from
my Etsy shop and this was definitely one of my favorite finds. This little
teal Diane Von Furstenburg vintage dress was an amazing find. It's still in pretty great vintage condition. The silk has no pulls, rips, or tears, but the elastic waist band has lost it's elasticity. Fortunately, a well placed belt around the waist fixes that little problem. I know you can't really tell in these pictures, but this teal dress has tiny purple triangles all over it.
I love the collar on this dress, it's so simple and feminine you almost don't even notice it. But I guess you have to say that this vintage dress is a softer take on a button down shirt dress. The silk makes it very flowy and soft.
I wore this sweet stag ring that I
scored by Vermeat. I love their jewelry, but unfortunately, most of it is a little out of my price range. Luckily, I found a deal on
Fab.com for a few Vermeat designs and I snagged this one and saved some $$$$! Awesome huh? Haven't heard of
Fab? It works just like
GILT, but I find the deals to be more realistic than most of the things on
GILT. I think it's worth checking out since it costs nothing to sign up. Long story short, I love this ring even though it gets caught on
everything. I hope I don't accidentally snap his little antlers off.
Anyway, that's all I have for today. But tell me:
What's the best vintage find you've ever scored?
